By employing evidence- based treatment including Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Brief Therapy, we offer adapted solutions to meet individual needs. Session typically last for 60 minutes available via teletherapy.

Lynda Okorafor is the owner of Almond Tree Therapy. Lynda Okorafor is a registered social worker with over 15 years experience in client-based services. Lynda holds various degrees including Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degree. Lynda have also completed numerous trainings in counseling and mental health. Lynda is passionate about client acre and their mental health.

Lynda is an empathetic, compassionate and person-centered therapist providing individual, couple and family therapy to address the struggles and barrier that we face in our lives. Lynda will help you explore these barriers and understand the source, and finding realistic ways to travel through these challenges.
